The Chloe is a lively 14-room hotel, restaurant, bar, pool, and patio. Housed in a 19th-century Uptown mansion, our 21st Century Southern hospitality draws from the old-world glamour, creative culture, and unique charm that make New Orleans home. We blend the historical essence of our mansion with the vibrant spirit of the city, creating a dynamic atmosphere that is both welcoming and unforgettable.

POSITION

- Host / Hostess / Greeter

- Full Time and Part Time available

- Must be able to work Tuesday and Wednesday

COMPENSATION:

In addition to being a part of a dynamic professional environment, working at The Chloe comes with competitive compensation. You can expect an hourly rate with tips, resulting in a total income ranging from $18 to $35 per hour.

In our commitment to creating a fair and equitable work environment, The Chloe operates a shared house for tips (FOH, BOH). We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication and are dedicated to creating an environment that supports both personal and professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

To join our team as a bartender at The Chloe, you should meet the following criteria:

- Ability to work at least three shifts.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in casual to fine dining restaurant hosting or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Toast and Resy is preferred but not required.

- A belief in treating everyone with kindness and respect, from your fellow team members throughout the property to each guest.

- An upbeat, optimistic, and hospitable demeanor.

- A willingness to work collaboratively as an essential part of a fantastic team.

- A commitment to learning and growing in your role, taking on increased responsibilities.

- A passion for food, beverages, and the art of taking care of people.

- Reliability and accountability in your work.

- The ability to stand on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours).

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Excellent communication skills
